If you encounter an issue, our team will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer. To date, we have never received any negative feedback on this matter!

Tires with a DOT older than 4 years

We perform rigorous checks on our tires before shipping. However, if an older tire escapes our inspection and raises a concern, we are here to help. We will cover the return shipping costs, or we may offer an advantageous solution based on the tire's age.

For any request, simply send us a photo of the DOTs and a photo of the tire as a whole. Our team will assess the situation and suggest the most appropriate option.
