Shipping costs
Shipping cost
Shipping is free in most cases across Canada for orders that include a minimum of four (4) tires or wheels. However, please be aware that FedEx classifies certain postal codes as rural, and for these specific destinations, shipping fees may be incurred.
Special orders of a minimum of four tires or wheels that are to be delivered to areas where we do not have a nearby warehouse (e.g., Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland, and northern regions of each province) will be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be calculated and applied after the order is placed. To find out the cost of delivery to a remote area, please contact us at satisfaction@pmctire.com or at 1.888.640.7638.
Additionally, orders that are oversized or excessively heavy may also incur additional charges. Should this be the case, you will be notified of these extra charges in your cart.

Shipping procedure
Your order will be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, to the address indicated in the Delivery Address section when you complete your order. The signature of a person present at this address will be required upon delivery.
Absence during delivery
Suppose no one is available to accept the delivery. In that case, the delivery person will leave a note advising you of the attempted delivery and the time of his next visit, usually the next day. He will make up to 3 attempts before taking your order back to the warehouse, where you will have to go to pick it up. You are responsible for picking up your order or contacting the carrier to arrange another delivery. If you do not get them, we will return your order to our Sherbrooke warehouse, and a handling fee will be applied for a new delivery.
Order delivered to work
You can enter your work address and the corresponding phone number in the Delivery Address section when you fill out the order. The signature of the person who placed the order or another authorized person will be required upon delivery.
