Will delivery be free? If not, at what cost?

Delivery is free almost everywhere in Canada for orders of a minimum of four (4) tires or wheels.

Special shipments of a minimum of 4 tires or wheels, where the delivery address is located in areas where we do not have a warehouse nearby (e.g. Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland, as well as in the northern regions of each province) will be subject to additional delivery charges, after the order is placed. To find out how much it will cost to ship to a remote area, please contact us at satisfaction@pmctire.com or 1.888.640.7638.

Oversized or overweight orders may also incur additional charges. If this is the case, you will be notified in your shopping cart.

Can you ship my order to a location other than my billing address?

Yes, your order can be shipped to a location other than the billing address. You can have your tires delivered to your work or your favorite garage. To do so, indicate the desired delivery address when you place your order.

Note that no one is required to be present to receive the delivery if you prefer to allow the delivery person to drop off your order somewhere without a signature. However, the entire responsibility for the packages (theft, vandalism, etc.) will be yours as soon as they are left on the premises. You will need to indicate "Instructions to the delivery person" on the purchase form where your items should be left (examples: leave next to the garage, on the balcony, in the backyard, etc.). It is also impossible for them to call you before, during or after the delivery to notify you. Please note that, for safety reasons, delivery people do not cross gates or fences.

If you refuse the delivery without a signature and there is no one to sign for it, the carrier will try the next day again. After 3 attempts, if you have not contacted them to arrange an agreement or an appointment, the products will be returned to the warehouse. In this case, you will have to go there to pick them up. FedEx will hold the packages for 10 business days before returning them to the sender. If the packages are returned to the shipper, you will be charged a shipping fee to have the order returned to you or cancelled.

How does our "Click and Collect" service work?

You can purchase products online and pick them up at our warehouse located in Sherbrooke. If you wish to purchase your tires, wheels and accessories online and pick them up at our warehouse in the Eastern Townships, select the "Click and Collect" option in the purchase form just before completing your order. With this service, your order and pay online before picking up your purchases at the warehouse. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email.

Please wait for our confirmation phone call indicating that your order is ready for pick up before going to the warehouse. Your order can be picked up between 7:30 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Due to the high volume of "Click and Collect" orders we receive, there may be a slight delay in preparing your order. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

On the day you pick up your purchases, bring proof of identity and the order confirmation email.

Please note that you have two weeks to pick up your order after your initial pickup date.

Why is my delivery late?

For delivery, we deal with the shipping company FedEx. When FedEx picks up and scans the barcode, you will receive the tracking number. However, once this email is sent to you, your order is in their hands. If there is a problem, a delay, a truck breakdown or an anomaly during the delivery, it is unfortunate, but we are powerless against this situation.

In these circumstances, the contact persons to be contacted are the delivery companies directly. In our information email, we provide you with your tracking number and a telephone number to reach the customer service department of the delivery company. It is through this channel that you will obtain information about your order.

Why didn't I receive a tracking number after placing my order?

Usually, you do not receive your tracking number for delivery immediately after placing your order.

Orders with multiple items may have different delivery dates and tracking information for each item.

Visibility at every stage

You will receive one or more emails during the many stages of delivery. Here are examples of emails you may receive. Why did I only receive a portion of my order?

Because we source our products from various suppliers, some items in your order may be ready for delivery before others. Therefore, you may receive items separately.

What if I can't find my vehicle in your selection tool?

Contact our customer service department if you don't see your vehicle in our search tool.

We will be able to tell you if you can use the information from a previous version of your vehicle or a similar model to do your shopping while guaranteeing the compatibility of the options displayed. If not, we will use the information provided by the manufacturer to answer you and advise you personally.

Do you have all the products listed on your site in stock?

Due to the vastness of our offer, we can't stock all our products in one place. We work with distributors who have warehouses throughout Canada and the United States.

Since there are essential variations in our suppliers' inventories, especially during peak periods, some products may be out of stock or become special orders (with particular delays and shipping costs), even if they are posted on our site as being available at a specific price. If a product is unavailable, we will advise the customer and assist in selecting a similar product.

Our goal is to offer you the widest variety of tires and wheels. We are the link between the manufacturers and you, and we try to keep our website up to date, both for products and prices.

But some discrepancies or differences are possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the order's status, it may be possible to cancel it. It will be cancelled at no charge until you receive your invoice (completed transaction). Otherwise, a flat fee of $25 per product plus applicable taxes will be charged (i.e. $25 plus taxes per tire or wheel returned).

Under certain conditions, we will also take back products within 30 days of receipt.

Pricing, payment and billing

Can you match competitors' prices?

Yes, we will match the price offered by a Canadian competitor under certain conditions:

  • The offer must be valid (not a pricing error), verifiable and offered online in Canada.
  • The price must be above cost.
  • The competitor must have the desired items in stock (this information will be verified).

The procedure is as follows:

  • On the competitor's website, add the desired products to your cart.
  • Please go through all the steps to create an order to obtain the total price, including all the costs related to the purchase (shipping, taxes, etc.).
  • Take a screenshot or photo of the total price.
  • Send this photo to satisfaction@pmctire.com.

One of our experts will determine if it is possible for us to match this price* and will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with the purchase.

This is not a moral commitment, and PMCtire reserves the right to decline any price equalization request.

Why was my credit card charged before my order was shipped?

The amount is charged to your credit card when the order is placed:

You may have received an order confirmation email and then receive a second email, call or text from us (if an item is not in stock or is incompatible with your vehicle, for example). If applicable, if you wish.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Interac Paypal and Paybright.

What is a PayBright financing plan?

We offer financing plans through PayBright that allow you to spread the cost of a purchase over monthly or bi-weekly installments. PayBright does not affect your credit rating.

How will my monthly payments work?

Your pre-authorized monthly payments are set up with PayBright through your debit or credit card.

How many months can I finance my tire, wheel and parts purchase?

The number of months your purchase can be financed ranges from 12 to 36 months. The number of months varies depending on the value of the tires and wheels chosen.

Who can apply for financing with PayBright, and how?

PayBright payment programs are available to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority, either 18 or 19, depending on their province. Other requirements include:

  • A Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card. Your debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
  • A Canadian phone number allows you to send and receive text messages.
  • Meet the minimum purchase amount required to use PayBright as a payment option.

After confirming your phone number, a password will be texted to you to verify your identity. You will then be asked to enter some information. If your application is accepted, you will set up your repayment method with PayBright and agree to the terms of your financing plan.

Can I use PayBright to pay for only a portion of my purchase?

No, PayBright financing is applied to the total amount of your order.

It is also possible to pay for your order with Paypal. To proceed with the payment, we will need some information:

  • your email address linked to your PayPal account;
  • the link of the product(s) you wish to purchase;
  • your vehicle information (make, model, version, year and original tire size);
  • the complete shipping address, with a phone number where we can reach you at any time.

*A fee of 3% of the total amount will be charged for using PayPal.

Mail-in rebates

Are there any tire manufacturers currently offering mail-in rebates?

We display an icon on products that qualify for a mail-in rebate so you can quickly identify them. Some manufacturers exclude online purchases from their mail-in rebate offer. These manufacturers are not listed as offering mail-in rebates on our website.

How do I claim the mail-in rebate?

First, you must fill out a form (paper or online) with your personal information (name, mailing address, etc.), information about your tire purchase and attach a copy of the original purchase invoice. When asked for the retailer's name, it is crucial to write PMCtire inc (not pmctire.com). If you are filling out an online form, you will need to upload your purchase invoice in PDF format into the form.

Please take the time to fill out all the fields, as an error in the information requested could disqualify your application for a mail-in rebate. Marketing firms hired by the manufacturers usually process the requests. Please note that it is solely the responsibility of the tire manufacturer and their marketing firm to decide whether or not the mail-in rebate application form is approved. PMCtire is in no way responsible for obtaining mail-in rebates.

For efficiency, we recommend that you proceed electronically. The manufacturer can contact you quickly if any information is missing. Most manufacturers that offer an online mail-in rebate form provide a tracking tool.

Please note that some manufacturers do not consider online purchases eligible for their promotions, so the icon does not identify their products.

How soon will I receive my rebate?

Depending on the year, you should allow 6 to 12 weeks for your rebate to be processed.

Will the rebate be in cash?

Some manufacturers offer prepaid credit cards that can be redeemed at any store, while others will send you a check.

In either case, you will never receive your rebate in the form of a refund applicable to purchasing other tires or in cash.

How do I know if my claim has been processed?

Generally, manufacturers that allow you to fill out a mail-in rebate application online offer a tool to track the status of the application. Like the mail-in rebate application, this tracking tool is located directly on the tire manufacturer's website.

Why do I need my PMCtire invoice to complete my mail-in rebate claim with the manufacturer?

Manufacturers require a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase. Screenshots of an online order and order confirmations are not accepted.


How do I know that the tires I choose will fit my vehicle?

We guarantee that the tires you purchase on our website will be compatible with your vehicle!

However, it is crucial to select your vehicle by searching, even if you know the tire size. If your car is used, the tires installed may not be the original diameter or width without your knowledge. When searching by a vehicle on our site, the original specifications for your car are listed. The tire size must also match the wheel size.

Will the tires be mounted on the wheels and balanced before shipping?

Yes, if you select this option, we will do the mounting and balancing in our warehouse. We will then ship you a set ready for installation on your vehicle. In the case of large tires, some tires may be balanced with balls inside the tires and not with weights.

What is the procedure if one of my tires is defective?

First of all, it depends on whether a warranty covers the tire or not since not all manufacturers offer such protection on their products.

If, for some reason, you believe that a tire is defective, here is how we will proceed:

First, we will need your help: we cannot see, feel or touch the tires, but we will need to send evidence to the manufacturer that their product is actually defective. Clear pictures, good descriptions, proof of rotation, date of installation, proof of mileage on the tires... It is best to be prepared so that the manufacturer accepts your case.

Once we receive this information, we will create a case. There is a 95% chance that we will be able to resolve the problem before we start the process with the manufacturer.

If, after this analysis, you believe it is a manufacturing defect, not road damage, and to get you a refund, we will repatriate the tire(s) at our expense.

If you need additional tires, we will create a new order so that it will be billed separately, and we will ship it to you.

We will have it analyzed and sent to the manufacturer when we receive your defective tire. At this point, there are only two possibilities:

The tire is indeed defective. We have received confirmation from the manufacturer and will issue you a refund for the amount paid for the additional tire(s) (your second order).

The tire does not qualify as defective; the damage was caused by something else. Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund, you will be charged for shipping, and the second order will not be credited.

Is it possible to return tires?

Depending on certain factors, yes, it is possible to return them. The tires must not have been mounted on wheels, must not have been driven on, must not have been altered with nails, and must be within 30 days of receipt.

How do I buy a staggered set?

Basically, this means that the wheels on the back of the vehicle are a different size than the wheels on the front. Our database will offer you some choices if your vehicle has original tire sizes that are not the same size. Simply answer the questions. If you need clarification, you can email us, use Chat or call us at 1-888-640-7638.

Are my tires suitable for winter driving in Quebec?

In 2007, Quebec adopted a regulation requiring the use of winter tires from December 15 to March 15. Since 2014, only tires bearing the "mountain and snowflake" pictogram, which Transport Canada and tire manufacturers recognize, attest that the winter tire meets or exceeds the snow traction requirements. The tires are identified as winter tires, OR "winter rated" 4-season tires.

The law was updated in 2019 and requires all motor vehicles to be equipped with winter tires by December 1.


Are all the materials required to install the wheels included?

If any material is needed to install the wheels on your vehicle, nuts, a centering ring or a wrench, it will be shipped in a small box. In this case, a charge will be applied to your order for the nuts, bolts and/or centering rings. So when you receive your new wheel set, you will have everything you need to install it! We strongly suggest that you do a vehicle search to ensure that the right material required for the installation will be shipped.

You must try the wheels on the vehicle before you mount the tires on it!

If you are purchasing wheels only, you must test drive a wheel on the vehicle before mounting your tires on your new wheels. There are instructions on the wheel boxes (red round sticker). If the tires are mounted on the wheels, they are not returnable to the manufacturers. You are therefore responsible for reselling them yourself, we cannot take them back. Please keep the original boxes of the delivered wheels, as they are necessary for the return if the wheels do not fit the vehicle. We will gladly take back wheels that have not been mounted on tires and are in their original boxes.

What if my wheels are not compatible with my car?

It is important to note that under our Cancellation and Return policy, once a tire is mounted on a wheel, the wheel cannot be returned or refunded (mounting can damage the wheel). Depending on the circumstances and why the wheel does not fit, there will be different procedures to undertake as various scenarios may apply.

First of all, please note that every order is systematically checked by one of our experts as soon as the order is placed in our system. This step aims to verify the inventory for the items ordered and ensure the compatibility between the items chosen and the vehicle selected. Our website is built to facilitate your purchasing process: if you search by vehicle, you will see the available options, and you can trust them. Of course, since nothing is perfect (but we strive for it!), our databases may have some flaws.

If, after placing an order online, you receive a call, email or text from us advising you that the wheel you selected is not recommended for your vehicle (even though our site said it was), there are three options:

  • We will send you suggestions of available and compatible wheels (based on information provided directly by the manufacturers), and we will modify your order. If you decide to keep the wheel (because you like it and are convinced it will do the job), the order becomes a firm sale and cannot be refunded if the wheel does not fit.
  • We can do a compatibility test. This option is a risk-share... We will send you a single wheel, alone, without a tire mounted on it. When you receive it, you will remove one of the wheels already installed on your vehicle (ideally one from the front) and put the new wheel in place and spin it. This will show you if the brakes are clear if the wheel is rubbing on the suspension, fenders, etc.

If everything looks good, we will send you the other three wheels (if you had tires in the order, we would send you the other three wheels mounted and balanced. As for the fourth wheel (the one you have in your possession), you can either return it to us to have your tire mounted and balanced or have it done near you).

If, on the other hand, the wheel does not fit on the vehicle, you will have to return the wheel to us, and the transportation will be at your expense. The price may vary depending on the province and the item's weight, but it is generally not very expensive.

Check before installing

You place an order for wheels, and you don't hear from us; everything goes well in the order... It is still essential to check that the wheel fits on the vehicle before mounting a tire, as we mention on the stickers on the delivery boxes.

If you receive your wheels with the tires mounted and balanced by us. Still, the wheels do not fit after all, as you have not been advised of any risk of incompatibility. There was probably an error in our database or the supplier's database, and we will take back the tires and wheels and find you a wheel that will be compatible with your vehicle, all at our expense.

Are there any guarantees on the wheels' finish or their quality?

This depends on the brand of the wheel and the model you choose. We do not manufacture the wheels. Therefore, it is not our policies at stake but those of the manufacturers and not all of them offer the same guarantees.

First, check your wheels as soon as you receive them by unpacking them. If you notice a defect or breakage on one of them, it will be easy to prove that it is not due to a road accident. If you think that one or more of your wheels are defective, contact customer service immediately, chat, email or phone.

5 easy steps to make a return:

For any online order with a parcel delivery option, you can make a return, as long as it is eligible.

  • Contact PMCtire Customer Service at 1.888.640.7638 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (ET) or email satisfaction@pmctire.com. Provide your original receipt number or order number and the reason for the return;
  • Take pictures of the breakage or anomaly. Describe clearly the reason for the return. Include the date of installation and provide proof of mileage on the wheels. It is better to be well prepared so that the manufacturer accepts your case;
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you advising you that the return process has begun;
  • Prepare and pack your package carefully, including all items to be returned;
  • Send your package.

Are our TPMS the original ones?

At PMCtire, we use MAX Sensor Select universal TPMS. When purchasing wheels with TPMS (with or without tires), we make sure the sensors are programmed for your vehicle before shipping. All that remains is to synchronize the sensors with the vehicle.


PMCtire uses TPMS using Bluetooth technology directly from the manufacturer Tesla. It's as if they came from the factory!

How do I program TPMS to my vehicle?

Please note that not all vehicles have the same TPMS code reset system. Some vehicles do the recognition by themselves, simply by driving.

However, other brands, including Toyota, Lexus and Honda, require programming with a computer for the car to recognize the sensors. Therefore, it is crucial to go to a garage equipped with computers compatible with MaxSensor Select TPMS.

A dealer or garage that is not equipped for such programming will probably tell you that the TPMS is defective or the wrong TPMS was installed.

The right information for your vehicle

When choosing the products and completing the order, ensure you have selected or indicated the right vehicle brand, model, and trim level/option group that matches your vehicle. Note that if you made an error on the information provided, we would not be responsible for its data entry errors.

Purchase of tires only or a set of tires mounted on wheels

You must try the wheels on the vehicle before mounting the tires on them!

In the event of an error on our part, either in the processing of your order, in our databases or the manufacturer's database, all orders for tires or a set of tires and wheels in new condition that are not compatible with the vehicle specified at the time of order, will be taken back and returned to the warehouse at our expense. If available or existing, replacement products will be shipped back to you free of charge. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

If you buy wheels only, you must do a test-fit with a wheel on the vehicle before mounting your tires on your new wheels. Indications are affixed to the wheel boxes for this purpose (round red sticker). If the tires are mounted on the wheels, the wheels are not returnable to the manufacturers. So you are responsible for selling them yourself, we will not be able to take them back. Please keep the original boxes of the delivered wheels because they are necessary for the return if wheels would not fit on the vehicle. We will take the wheels that have not had tires mounted on them and are in their original boxes.

Change your mind?

PMCtire can cancel your order at no charge if you are not satisfied with it. The order must not have been invoiced or processed at the cancellation request.

If this is the case, please contact our customer service department and your request will be processed as soon as possible.

Return, exchange and refund

PMCtire accepts returns within 30 days of delivery under certain conditions.

Authorization required

Whatever the situation, contact Customer Service first so that an expert can find the best solution for you. Please have your order number on hand to facilitate access to your file.

Our experts must authorize returns

If you refuse the order upon receipt, we will apply the return policy according to the applicable conditions.

Exchange at no charge

  • The product has been damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product does not correspond to what was purchased and described on the invoice.

Please use our contact form to issue a return request with your name, phone number, and order number to expedite the exchange process. We will prepare a return slip with a professional delivery company to pick up the product, and we will promptly send you a product in exchange.

Full refund

  • We cannot provide the product ordered or an acceptable replacement.
  • We cannot replace a defective product with an acceptable replacement.
  • We made a pricing error on the website, and you do not wish to pay the corrected price.
  • You received tires mounted incorrectly on wheels.

Return with fee - Application of return policy

  • You changed your mind after receiving your order.
  • You chose the wrong size because the product you ordered is compatible with your vehicle but not with your existing equipment or modifications that may have been made to it. For example, tires that are not compatible with the wheels you already have or vice versa.
  • You ordered the wrong type of tires, wheels, and accessories or entered incorrect vehicle information when you placed your order.
  • You changed your mind and cancelled your order after it has been invoiced or processed.

For wheel or tire returns

Upon return or cancellation of a wheel or tire order, a flat fee of $25 per product, plus applicable taxes, will be charged. That is $25 plus tax per tire or wheel returned.

*For customers requesting a return who live in the Northwest Territories or the Yukon and Nunavut provinces, the above fees are not applicable. Return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Upon acceptance of the above-mentioned return fees, PMCtire will prepare a return slip with the shipping company and schedule a pick-up of the order with you. Once the return products are in our warehouse and evaluated by our staff, we will proceed with the refund of your order minus the return fees detailed above.

Non-return conditions

  • You have accepted the order with the following specific mentions: "final sale" or "no return possible."
  • You order products against the recommendations of our experts.
  • You have driven more than the tire test limit.
  • You or your installer have damaged the product in any way.
  • Tires have been mounted on wheels, or wheels have been installed on the vehicle.
  • Studdable tires have been studded.
  • You damage the products while driving (Road Hazards).

Unfortunately, these conditions make the products unsaleable and therefore non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Buy Now, Pay Later with Sezzle

What is a Sezzle financing plan?

Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later—with no interest!

When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, PMCtire will process your order as if you have just paid the entire price, but you will have only paid a fraction of the cost.

Does Sezzle perform a credit check?

Sezzle completes what’s known as a “soft check,” which means they take a look at your credit score as part of their risk check, but this doesn’t impact your credit score.

Sezzle uses this information to help verify your identity and approve you for Sezzle.

How does Sezzle work?

Sezzle breaks down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase. The remaining amount is spread out over equal installments (typically three installments), each installment two weeks apart.

No interest or processing fees are charged to you, as long as you make your payments on time, you pay the same price as when you purchased.

Sezzle says the payments are interest-free. What’s the catch?

No catch here! Sezzle is completely interest-free for shoppers.

PMCtire pays Sezzle a fee, so shoppers have the freedom to buy now and pay later. As long as you pay your installments on time, you’ll only pay for what you purchased free from interest and processing fees!

Do I need a minimum order to use Sezzle?

Sezzle can only be used for orders over $100 (tax included). The current limit for any Sezzle buyer is $2,500. For a first-time buyer with this payment method, the maximum is $1,500. A buyer must have a payment history with Sezzle before being allowed to purchase a maximum amount of $2,500.

What if I want to return or exchange a purchase?

Returns and/or exchanges follow the same process as any other purchase at PMCtire.com, regardless of payment method.

If you return some or all of your order, installments will be adjusted by Sezzle and you will be refunded what you have already paid.

What is Sezzle’s contact info?

We offer financing plans through Affirm (by PayBright) that allow you to spread the cost of purchase into monthly or bi-weekly installments. Affirm (par PayBright) does not affect your credit rating.

How will my monthly payments be made?

Your pre-authorized monthly payments are set up with Affirm (by PayBright) through your debit or credit card.

How many months can I finance my tire, wheel and parts purchase?

The number of months varies depending on the value of the tires and wheels chosen and your eligibility. You’ll have all the details when you fill out your request with Affirm (by PayBright).

Who can apply for financing with Affirm (by PayBright) and how?

Affirm (by PayBright) payment programs are available to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority, either 18 or 19, depending on their province. Other requirements include:

  • A Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card. Your debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
  • A Canadian phone number allows you to send and receive text messages.
  • Meet the minimum purchase amount required to use Affirm (by PayBright) as a payment option.

After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent a one-time SMS password to verify your identity. You’ll then be asked a few details. If you’re approved, you will set up your repayment method with Affirm (by PayBright) and accept the terms of your payment plan.

Can I use Affirm (by PayBright) to pay for only a portion of my purchase?

No, Affirm (by PayBright) financing is applied to the total amount of your order.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free of charge almost everywhere in Canada for orders of a minimum of four (4) tires or wheels. Special shipments of a minimum of 4 tires or wheels, where the shipping address is located in areas where we do not have a warehouse nearby (e.g. Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland, as well as the northern regions of each province) will be subject to additional shipping charges after the order is placed. Although shipping is free on 98% of our customers' orders, if shipping charges are applicable on your purchase, they will be displayed in the order form.

Estimated delivery times, including handling, vary by province and distance from major centers:

In case of unusual delivery delays, you will be notified by email or by phone. Please note that delays can in no case give rise to the payment of damages, rebates or cancellation of the order in progress.

Delivery procedures

Your order will be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, to the address indicated in the Delivery Address section when you complete your order. The signature of a person present at this address will be required upon delivery.

The customer or a person on-site can sign for and accept delivery of the packages. The customer must request to leave the packages at the delivery location for the delivery person to leave the packages without a signature.

Authorization to leave the products on-site without signature

When you complete your order, it is also possible to authorize the delivery person to leave the ordered products on the premises in a place that you deem safe. Please note that, in this case, you will be responsible in case of loss, vandalism or theft of the ordered products.

Please note that the delivery person does not open doors or garages, nor do they go through fences or gates: a rule of the transportation company. The deliveryman cannot call you before, during or after the delivery to advise you.

Adult signature required

FedEx obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address who is at least the age of majority (no longer a minor) in the destination country. Government-issued photo identification or other identification customarily accepted by local authorities is required.

Absence during delivery

Suppose there is no one available to accept the delivery. In that case, the delivery person will leave a note advising you of the attempted delivery and the time of his next visit, usually the next day. He will make up to 3 attempts before taking your order back to the warehouse, where you will have to go to pick it up. You are responsible for picking up your order or contacting the carrier to arrange another delivery. If you do not contact them, your order will be returned to our Sherbrooke warehouse, and a handling fee will be applied for a new delivery.

Order delivered to work

You can enter your work address and the corresponding phone number in the Delivery Address section when you fill out the order. The signature of the person who placed the order or another authorized person will be required upon delivery.

Tire Road Hazard Protection

With PMCtire, you are well protected!

FREE - For a limited time only, get Road Hazard Protection at no charge on all eligible tires!

Your tires can be damaged by potholes, glass, rocks, nails or other road debris. PMC offers you peace of mind free of charge for 12 months from the date of your tire purchase or for wear equal to the first 2⁄32nd of the tread depth, whichever comes first. For any tire 19 inches and under that has damage that a specialist cannot repair (e.g., split, blowout, torn tread, etc.), we will give you credit for the price paid at the time of purchase less the percentage of tire wear**.

For any damage to a tire that a specialist is able to repair, such as a flat tire, we cover reimbursement for repairs up to $25 per occasion.

You will only be charged $25 + taxes for the return transport of the tire. You will be able to recover the value of your tire at the time of the breakage to replace it. Our road hazard protection covers this damage no matter where you go.

*This coverage is unavailable on tires 20 inches and larger, runflat tires, commercial tires marked C and light truck tires marked LT.

**The percentage of tire wear is evaluated by one of our warehouse professionals. Once this evaluation is completed, we will contact you by email to indicate the value of your credit application to replace your tire. Compared to the original value, no tire with more than 2⁄32nd tread wear compared to the initial value will be accepted, and the maximum replacement tire value is $300 before taxes.

How to include protection in your purchase?

Select the Road Hazard Protection option under the tire selling price in each model's detail sheet. It is essential to keep your invoice for a possible claim.


You are covered on all p-metric passenger and light truck tires, which means all tires with a size code beginning with the letter P with a diameter of 19" and smaller. Commercial tires and tires with a size code beginning with LT or ending with a C are not covered by our protection, nor are runflat tires.

Conditions and exclusions

No claim will be accepted without the original purchase invoice. This policy covers tire replacement only. The credit related to the road hazard warranty is applicable only on a replacement purchase at PMCtire, for tires covered by the warranty. No refunds will be given for replacement tires purchased at any other retailer.

Installation, balancing and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. The warranty does not apply under the following conditions: vandalism, improper inflation, misuse, negligence, overloading, poor mechanical condition of the vehicle, etc.

Coverage does not apply when a tire with more than 10% wear is unusable due to a mechanical defect in the vehicle. Examples include misalignment or imbalance resulting in irregular or rapid tire wear.

Finally, road hazard protection is only valid for purchasing four or more tires.

Return of damaged tires with protective cover

To return damaged tires covered by the protection, contact us with your order number, name, tire code, and description of the damage your tire suffered. We will return the authorization number, the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and complete instructions for returning the damaged tire. No tire will be accepted without an authorization number from our customer service department.
