Recently bought some steel rims for a 2017 jeep compass, along with tpms sensors for a customer of mine. I was stupid and jumped the gun and installed the sensors and mounted the tires on the rims before test fitting them. Unfortunately, the rims didn't clear the front calipers. I received amazing support trying to rectify the situation. They even sent me a selection of spacers for free to try and make them work. In the end, I was not able to make them fit properly. They took back all items, shipping prepaid, and issued a full refund! This level of service and support is extremely rare these days. Just purchased some Hercules tires for the rear of my '66 Belair. Great tire selection. Easy purchase. Fast delivery. Only thing I would like to share is that the thread photos were not quite like the actual tires. But, that was the same issue on the manufacture site.
