The fellow on the phone when I wanted to confirm the fitment of the wheels and tires was excellent. He said the wheels I was looking at would not fit my Flex 2013 and helped me to find a set that I liked and would fit. Was shopping for winter tires and rims for my vehicle. Shopping process was easy they were delivered in about a week. Prices were better then other online retailers and thousands cheaper than the dealership. Very happy with the process so far. One comment would be that I wasn’t notified that the tires had shipped nor was I provided a tracking number. FedEx try to deliver but needed a signature and no one was home. Then made arrangements for the delivery with FedEx. All good now! Product are well boxed and wrapped to ensure there is no damage in shipping.
