I had bought the NEW bridgestone WS80 tires and rims they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the offset for my Audi S6 2019 was not the same as the rims so they would not work. When I connected with CSR he was quick to resolve the problem that day and RUSHED new rims to me free of charge. Then PMC reimbursed me the full amount for remount and balanced. What a great company to deal with and they have my business for many years to come. Thank you, PMC for a great product and experience.

Update: great support after I had issues getting my my vehicle to recognize the installed TPMS. They loaned me a programming machine and provided clear and details instructions. Was shopping for winter tires and rims for my vehicle. Shopping process was easy they were delivered in about a week. Prices were better then other online retailers and thousands cheaper than the dealership. Very happy with the process so far. One comment would be that I wasn’t notified that the tires had shipped nor was I provided a tracking number. FedEx try to deliver but needed a signature and no one was home. Then made arrangements for the delivery with FedEx. All good now! Product are well boxed and wrapped to ensure there is no damage in shipping.
