Best customer service in the game, hands down! After a manufacture would refuse to provide me with warranty support, PMCTire stepped in and gave me a discount on a new set of tires when they were not obligated to in any way. Highly recommend them! Every single time I need tires moving forward, I will purchase them from PMCTire.

Tires are what I expected and the price was good! but they need to do something about their shipping, I had to contact him to find out why my tires were not shipped after a week but once I contacted him they were shipped the same day!

The fellow on the phone when I wanted to confirm the fitment of the wheels and tires was excellent. He said the wheels I was looking at would not fit my Flex 2013 and helped me to find a set that I liked and would fit. I ordered 4 winter tires + wheels + TPMS sensors. The online ordering process was easy and they were delivered in around 10 days to BC. Prices were better than some other stores. After installation, my vehicle could not learn the new TPMS sensors. I contacted their support team and they helped me to solve the issue (thanks Yohan G.). I will definitely consider to buy from them again in the future.

There was a delay from the manufacturer for the rims, but I did receive the tires and rims with pressure sensors a few weeks later, PMC had offered me a choice of different rims if I wasn’t willing to wait, but decided to wait and I am very happy I did. There was an issue with the inner wheel balancing weights, they did not clear the front brake callipers, PMC offered and paid the bill to get the wheels balanced at my local garage. Thank you
