I had bought the NEW bridgestone WS80 tires and rims they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the offset for my Audi S6 2019 was not the same as the rims so they would not work. When I connected with CSR he was quick to resolve the problem that day and RUSHED new rims to  me free of charge. Then PMC reimbursed me the full amount for remount and balanced. What a great company to deal with and they have my business for many years to come. Thank you, PMC for a great product and experience.

Bought 4 winter tires and provided all the correct information for the vehicle. The sensors that were installed were pre-programmed to 315 MHz Not 433 as this vehicle is supposed to have. I did sort it out and they are working. Also, one of the sensors has a crack in the valve stem.

Otherwise, great tires at a great price. And shipping was reasonable and fairly quick.

I do recommend PMC tires.

OMG for PMC and American Racing!  I ordered 5 wheels to be made up with American Racing rims and Falken Wildpeak tires, and they were shipped quickly and fit my Jeep perfectly.  Over the next several months, the rims started showing some blemishes and PMC and American Racing went out of their way to fix the problem.  Could not be happier!  Katherine was very helpful - and so were Daniel and Elaine.

Was shopping for winter tires and rims for my vehicle. Shopping process was easy they were delivered in about a week. Prices were better then other online retailers and thousands cheaper than the dealership. Very happy with the process so far.

One comment would be that I wasn’t notified that the tires had shipped nor was I provided a tracking number. FedEx try to deliver but needed a signature and no one was home.  Then made arrangements for the delivery with FedEx. All good now!

Product are well boxed and wrapped to ensure there is no damage in shipping.

Great experience, purchased a set of 4 wheels with PMC, I even accidentally ordered the rim for BMW instead of Mercedes Benz (which is what I own), they let me know that I had ordered the wrong version of the wheel and provided the correct MB version of the wheel I ordered. Often runs a discount code throughout the year, but a few additional sales come up from time to time. I got on their Ebay Store sale, which was a bit complicated the way it was done, but in the end, the product arrived as expected and everything turned out fine.

Katherine Noël was very helpful (Customer Support via email) and responded quickly.
