Its wide center rib adds stability at high speeds, while its serrated edges and zigzag groove increase traction on ice or packed snow.

The Nitto SN3's four large grooves provide deep penetration into snow or slush for better traction. These channels also remove water from under the tire to reduce the risk of hydroplaning.
