Shipping costs
Delivery is free of charge almost everywhere in Canada for four (4) tires or wheels orders.
Special shipments of a minimum of 4 tires or wheels, the shipping address is located in areas where we do not have warehouses nearby, (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland, as well as in the northern regions of each province) will be subject to additional shipping charges after the order is placed. Oversized or overweight orders may also incur additional charges. If this is the case, a notification will appear in your shopping cart.

- Quebec - 1 to 7 days
- Ontario - 2 to 7 days
- Manitoba - 3 to 7 days
- Saskatchewan - 3 to 7 days
- Alberta - 3 to 7 days
- British Columbia - 3 to 8 days
- Prince Edward Island - 2 to 7 days
- New Brunswick - 2 to 7 days
- Nova Scotia - 2 to 7 days
- Newfoundland and Labrador - 5 to 7 days
- Nunavut - Varies by order and destination
- Northwest Territories - Varies by order and destination
- Yukon - Varies by order and destination
In the event of unusual delivery times, we will notify you by email or telephone. Please note that delays cannot, in any case, give rise to the payment of damages, rebates or the cancellation of the order in progress.
Shipping procedure
Your order will be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, to the address indicated in the Delivery Address section when you complete your order. The signature of a person present at this address will be required upon delivery.
Absence during delivery
Suppose no one is available to accept the delivery. In that case, the delivery person will leave a note advising you of the attempted delivery and the time of his next visit, usually the next day. He will make up to 3 attempts before taking your order back to the warehouse, where you will have to go to pick it up. You are responsible for picking up your order or contacting the carrier to arrange another delivery. If you do not get them, we will return your order to our Sherbrooke warehouse, and a handling fee will be applied for a new delivery.
Order delivered to work
You can enter your work address and the corresponding phone number in the Delivery Address section when you fill out the order. The signature of the person who placed the order or another authorized person will be required upon delivery.
