Shipping is free nearly everywhere in Canada for orders of four (4) tires or wheels and more.
*Please note that shipping fees may apply if the order is shipped to a remote or isolated area.
If applicable, shipping fees will be indicated in your shopping cart before you complete your transaction.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time, including handling, varies according to the ranges below:
- Québec - 1 to 7 days
- Ontario - 2 to 7 days
- Manitoba - 3 to 7 days
- Saskatchewan - 3 to 7 days
- Alberta - 3 to 7 days
- British Columbia - 3 to 8 days
- Prince Edward Island - 2 to 7 days
- New Brunswick - 2 to 7 days
- Nova Scotia - 2 to 7 days
- Newfoundland & Labrador - 5 to 7 days
- Nunavut - Depends on order content and delivery location
- Northwest Territories - Depends on order content and delivery location
- Yukon - Depends on order content and delivery location
In case of unusual delays in delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone. Please note that unusual delays will in no instance lead to compensation such as payment of damages, rebates or order cancellation.
Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 5PM, at the address provided in the Shipping Address section of your order. A signature will be required for delivery.
Delivery Without Signature
It is also possible, while you complete your order, to authorize for your shipment to be delivered without signature. This would enable the driver to leave your package in a secure location. Please note that in such cases, you will be responsible in case of lost, vandalized or stolen items.
Specify your instructions in the Delivery Instructions section of the order form and we will notify the carrier. Please note that the carrier's delivery staff does not open or go through gates and fences, doors and garage doors. It is their strict safety policy. They can neither call you before, during of after the delivery.
Not Home When a Delivery Attempt was Made
If you are not home when the driver attempts to deliver your package, a note will be left at your door informing you of the delivery attempt. The second attempt is usually the day after. There will be a maximum of 3 attempts. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to schedule another attempt or to request your package to be held for pickup at their location. You must contact them to avoid your shipment to be returned to our Sherbrooke warehouse and pay additional shipping fees.
Orders Shipped at Work
You can use your work address along with a valid (work or cell) phone number in the Shipping Address section of your order while you complete your order. A signature will be required when this option is selected.
