For any reason whatsoever, you can return an unused, unmounted product purchased with us within a 30-days period following the shipping reception date.
Please, contact us before purchasing if you have any doubt concerning tire or wheel size fitting.
*If you decide to return a product, please contact us with your order number on hand, the name of the product you are returning and a quick reason why. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the following steps.
Conditions for complete reimbursement
- We cannot provide the ordered products or acceptable replacements
- You received defective product and we cannot provide acceptable replacements
- We made a pricing error on the website and you do not want to pay the corrected price
Conditions for Exchange without Fees
- You receive Products were damaged during transport
- You receive Products with Manufacturing Defaults
- You receive Products that don not correspond to what you ordered and is described on the invoice
To help accelerate exchange operations, please take a few product pictures with close-ups on the defective sections if any and send them to email@example.com with your name, phone number and order number.
With that, we will prepare a bill of return with Purolator and schedule a pickup with you. At the same time, we will prepare a shipping with the replacement.
Conditions for Return with Fees
- You decide to cancel your order after Purolator picked up your order from our warehouse
- After verification on the vehicle, products will not fit
Return Fees are a minimum of $60 to which we add complete original order shipping fees plus return shipping fees for products back to us and applicable taxes.
After we confirmed you accept return fees, we will prepare return bill with Purolator and schedule pickup with you.
After we received products back at our warehouse, we will proceed to reimbursement minus return fees.
Conditions for reimbursement minus admin fees
- You decide to cancel order after we produce the invoice but before we ship the products
- Any other case not covered elsewhere in this policy
Admin fees of $30 will be charged to cancel an order.
Conditions for No Reimbursement or Exchange
- You accept an order with the specific mention: "no return possible"
- You decide to buy product against our expert recommendations
- You roll more than a few meters to test fit
- You or your installer damage the product in any way
- Tires were mounted on Wheels
- Studdable Tires were studded in any way
- You damage the products while driving (Road Hazard)
Unfortunately, these conditions make the products un-resalable and so un-exchangeable and non-reimbursable.
Authorisation is Necessary
No unauthorized return will be accepted.
If you refuse order reception from the delivery guy, we will apply the return policy according to the applicable conditions.
Once you receive return or exchange authorization from us, we will send you Purolator return packing slips by email.
Print them and stick them on the products.
For Tires only Order
You can use Saran-wrap or transparent cardboard box tape to wrap slips around the tires. Make sure the wrap is strong enough heavy-duty handling and transport.
For Wheels only Order
Put back the products in there undamaged original boxes.
For Wheels-Tires Kit Order
Put the products in there original packaging or equivalent packaging material and wrap them up with boxing tapes. We will schedule the best time for pickup with you by Purolator. Make sure the wrap and packaging is strong enough for heavy-duty handling and transport.
For problem with balancing
If you have any problem with the balancing of a tire and wheel package please contact the sales department.
We will reimburse your original credit card once everything is done. The reimbursement procedure once called for can take from 5 to 10 days until you see it in your account. We will send your proof of execution by email to confirm.
