The UHP SportContact 7 tire was developed to provide drivers with a safe, handling-oriented product that delivers higher mileage.

The SportContact 7 features many new technologies. Its evolutionary tread pattern adapts to both wet and dry roads while offering superior driving pleasure, regardless of the vehicle. 

Its tread compound incorporates "BlackChili" technology, which optimizes the grip of the asymmetric tread.

The optimized tread design, combined with lightweight construction, has made the SportContact 7 more fuel-efficient. The rubber compound used in the tire design increases resistance to high loads and overheating.

Continental has focused on perfecting dry and wet handling while ensuring that the tire performs well is safe and durable.

The SportContact 7 features the ContiSilent innovation, Continental's tire noise reduction technology.  It is designed to reduce internal noise on all road surfaces by using an internal absorber.

ContiSilent reduces internal vehicle noise by up to 9 dB(A), depending on vehicle type, speed and road surface.
