fantastic customer service (email) - my item was out of stock and PMC was able to substitute with my approval and was concerned about the delayed shipment - I'm on the other coast and it made it's way to me in a good timing and fast & easy shipping via Fedex. Shipping was beyond quick! Got the tires way faster than intended. Also, shopping on the website is easy and they have probably some of the best prices I have seen online. I have the tires installed on my winter rims. I haven't ran them yet cause no snow as of now. But will update when I use them.
