My purchase order was RTX Black Widow rims. There was a couple day delay in getting order due to not in stock but was informed immediately of this. Was pleasantly surprised that my rims came with a complete set of anti theft lug nuts that I didn't see in description of product. Rims were packaged really well for transportation to avoid any damage. My only discontent was the carrier used for delivery as they notified me of a delivery date then in the afternoon sent me another notification the driver wasn't going to attempt delivery at all. I know PMC tire can't control the delivery drivers but they can control which ones they use.

I'll start by saying I was skeptical at first as I've never purchased a set of tires online nor did I trust such a thing. PMC Tire has squashed those concerns and threw them out the window. Firstly, I was looking for a set of Michelin Crossclimate 2 tires for my civic for as long as I could remember. Canadian tire had no stock (online and in store), kaltire had no stock (online and in store) and essentially any big brand store did not have any inventory....until I came across PMC. Looked at their online stock, said 4 and placed my order, especially as they had a promo code to bring the price down. I was nervous as I thought I was probably never going to see the tires and I would be scammed out of my money but that wasn't the case. My first two tires shipped within 2 hours but noticed the other 2 weren't on the order. I decided to give it some time and a day goes by but my second set hasn't shipped so I get abit worried but leave it until the next day. I then message PMC on their online chat and answer me right away and tell me the second set will ship tomorrow and they did ship! That same day the second set shipped, I recieved my first set and the second set came a day later. Overall, I am extremely happy with PMC Tire. I'll definitely be using them again for future purchases and are people to be trusted.

Phenomenal customer service, Don't think twice about ordering from PMC Tires, The Quality, delivery the ordering process and follow-up is all "Top Notch" no need to leave your home shopping for tires and rims, Do it online through PMC, you shop with confidence. And if a problem should arise which happened to me, they get 5 stars for customers service they resolved it quick and made themselves available for questions and answers. Can't say enough about how positive the experience has been with PMC. I am looking forward to my next purchase with them. Shout out to Val Noel, in customer service for the excellent service.

Great prices, amazing selection, and very helpful customer service. When I messaged their chat to revise an order that had 'shipped' they pulled the tires right off the FedEx truck and put the different size on the same day. Perfect experience.
