After a manufacture would refuse to provide me with warranty support, PMCTire stepped in and gave me a discount on a new set of tires when they were not obligated to in any way. Great experience, purchased a set of 4 wheels with PMC, I even accidentally ordered the rim for BMW instead of Mercedes Benz (which is what I own), they let me know that I had ordered the wrong version of the wheel and provided the correct MB version of the wheel I ordered.
