I had bought the NEW bridgestone WS80 tires and rims they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the offset for my Audi S6 2019 was not the same as the rims so they would not work. When I connected with CSR he was quick to resolve the problem that day and RUSHED new rims to me free of charge. Then PMC reimbursed me the full amount for remount and balanced. What a great company to deal with and they have my business for many years to come. Thank you, PMC for a great product and experience.

I ordered a set of rims for my car. PMC offered a good selection at good prices. A lot better than anywhere locally for me. One of the rims arrived without the centre cap, and when I contacted you about it, a new cap was sent out quickly. The rims look great and I am very happy with the great customer service.

fantastic customer service (email) - my item was out of stock and PMC was able to substitute with my approval and was concerned about the delayed shipment - I'm on the other coast and it made it's way to me in a good timing and fast & easy shipping via Fedex. Great vendor, awesome selection. Everything showed up perfectly packaged and factory fresh. They reached out to advise the center caps had some yellowing and aging, that replacements were ordered and will be shipped separate at not extra cost. Excellent customer service
