very good and fast

I had bought the NEW bridgestone WS80 tires and rims they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the offset for my Audi S6 2019 was not the same as the rims so they would not work. When I connected with CSR he was quick to resolve the problem that day and RUSHED new rims to me free of charge. Then PMC reimbursed me the full amount for remount and balanced. What a great company to deal with and they have my business for many years to come. Thank you, PMC for a great product and experience.

Tires are what I expected and the price was good! but they need to do something about their shipping, I had to contact him to find out why my tires were not shipped after a week but once I contacted him they were shipped the same day!

I went with the Moto Metal - MO978 RAZOR's. Was online shopping every tire/rim website imaginable base on PMC's reviews i madfe my pusrchase with them. I had a few more questions before i made my purchase and Valerie responded very quickly so therefore they monitor there incoming emails. These are Summer rims only so i wasnt worried on how fast they got delivered as it was still winter when i ordered them. and they got optional purchase plan on them which was a seller for me. I woulda bought tires but i only used my BFG Trail Terrains for only a year. That being said i will purchase from them again this time coming back for tires.

There was a delay from the manufacturer for the rims, but I did receive the tires and rims with pressure sensors a few weeks later, PMC had offered me a choice of different rims if I wasn’t willing to wait, but decided to wait and I am very happy I did. There was an issue with the inner wheel balancing weights, they did not clear the front brake callipers, PMC offered and paid the bill to get the wheels balanced at my local garage. Thank you
