The fellow on the phone when I wanted to confirm the fitment of the wheels and tires was excellent. He said the wheels I was looking at would not fit my Flex 2013 and helped me to find a set that I liked and would fit.  I placed my order over a weekend and they arrived exactly as ordered and promissed on the Thursday following.

Great price, fast professional service. Tires came mounted on alloys, I withheld a star because if they would have taken a few seconds to wipe the mounting soap off the tire I would have been blown away.

Great experience! Ordered a package mounted and balanced with new tpms sensors. Sensors synched right away. Few minor defects on the back of the wheel noted when I unpackaged them. Sent an email to customer service. They were responsive and easy to reach a reasonable solution.

Great experience, purchased a set of 4 wheels with PMC, I even accidentally ordered the rim for BMW instead of Mercedes Benz (which is what I own), they let me know that I had ordered the wrong version of the wheel and provided the correct MB version of the wheel I ordered. OMG for PMC and American Racing!  I ordered 5 wheels to be made up with American Racing rims and Falken Wildpeak tires, and they were shipped quickly and fit my Jeep perfectly.  Over the next several months, the rims started showing some blemishes and PMC and American Racing went out of their way to fix the problem.  Could not be happier!  Katherine was very helpful - and so were Daniel and Elaine.

The price was great and my tires arrived by the date promised. The tires were the correct size, model etc., and were in new condition. I was expecting that the tires would be completely wrapped in plastic, but they were not, they arrived with a label only.
