Tires are what I expected and the price was good! but they need to do something about their shipping, I had to contact him to find out why my tires were not shipped after a week but once I contacted him they were shipped the same day!

There was a delay from the manufacturer for the rims, but I did receive the tires and rims with pressure sensors a few weeks later, PMC had offered me a choice of different rims if I wasn’t willing to wait, but decided to wait and I am very happy I did.
There was an issue with the inner wheel balancing weights, they did not clear the front brake callipers, PMC offered and paid the bill to get the wheels balanced at my local garage.

Il y a eu un retard du fabricant pour les jantes, mais j'ai reçu les pneus et les jantes avec des capteurs de pression quelques semaines plus tard, PMC m'avait offert un choix de jantes différentes si je n'étais pas disposé à attendre, mais j'ai décidé d'attendre etJe suis très heureux de l'avoir fait.
Il y avait un problème avec les poids d'équilibrage de la roue intérieure, ils n'ont pas effacé les calleuses de frein avant, PMC offert et payé la facture pour élaborer les roues dans mon garage local.

I ordered 4 winter tires + wheels + TPMS sensors.  The online ordering process was easy and they were delivered in around 10 days to BC.  Prices were better than some other stores.
After installation, my vehicle could not learn the new TPMS sensors.  I contacted their support team and they helped me to solve the issue (thanks Yohan G.).  I will definitely consider to buy from them again in the future.

Best value of any local company or online (in Canada) that I could find, that was reputable and wasn't a drop shipping store.

Often runs a discount code throughout the year, but a few additional sales come up from time to time. I got on their Ebay Store sale, which was a bit complicated the way it was done, but in the end, the product arrived as expected and everything turned out fine.

Katherine Noël was very helpful (Customer Support via email) and responded quickly.

Super fast shipping from QC to SK.  Prices were really competitive and shipping cost was very reasonable. Also, their customer service and support is top notch.  Recently bought some steel rims for a 2017 jeep compass,  along with tpms sensors for a customer of mine. I was stupid and jumped the gun and installed the sensors and mounted the tires on the rims before test fitting them. Unfortunately,  the rims didn't clear the front calipers. I received amazing support trying to rectify the situation.  They even sent me a selection of spacers for free to try and make them work. In the end, I was not able to make them fit properly.  They took back all items, shipping prepaid,  and issued a full refund! This level of service and support is extremely rare these days. I  simply can not say how impressed and satisfied I am with pmctire.com! Customer for life!

I recommend PMCtire if you want your tires delivered in the convenience of your home (fully assembled and balanced) especially if you DIY tire swaps or a home service auto mechanic.
