After a manufacture would refuse to provide me with warranty support, PMCTire stepped in and gave me a discount on a new set of tires when they were not obligated to in any way. OMG for PMC and American Racing! I ordered 5 wheels to be made up with American Racing rims and Falken Wildpeak tires, and they were shipped quickly and fit my Jeep perfectly. Over the next several months, the rims started showing some blemishes and PMC and American Racing went out of their way to fix the problem. Could not be happier! Katherine was very helpful - and so were Daniel and Elaine.

fantastic customer service (email) - my item was out of stock and PMC was able to substitute with my approval and was concerned about the delayed shipment - I'm on the other coast and it made it's way to me in a good timing and fast & easy shipping via Fedex. Excellent fit, supplied TPMS was programmed perfect by PMC and no need to reprogram. Very good instructions and tool to install inserts. Looks great and looks cool as well. Perhaps PMC could sell wheel rim protector to make it look more awesome and to protect from curb rashes.
