fantastic customer service (email) - my item was out of stock and PMC was able to substitute with my approval and was concerned about the delayed shipment - I'm on the other coast and it made it's way to me in a good timing and fast & easy shipping via Fedex. Easy to deal with, good website and such, would buy again from them in future.

Tires are what I expected and the price was good! but they need to do something about their shipping, I had to contact him to find out why my tires were not shipped after a week but once I contacted him they were shipped the same day!

I had bought the NEW bridgestone WS80 tires and rims they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the offset for my Audi S6 2019 was not the same as the rims so they would not work. When I connected with CSR he was quick to resolve the problem that day and RUSHED new rims to me free of charge. Then PMC reimbursed me the full amount for remount and balanced. What a great company to deal with and they have my business for many years to come. Thank you, PMC for a great product and experience.

Best customer service in the game, hands down! After a manufacture would refuse to provide me with warranty support, PMCTire stepped in and gave me a discount on a new set of tires when they were not obligated to in any way. Highly recommend them! Every single time I need tires moving forward, I will purchase them from PMCTire.
