Great experience! Ordered a package mounted and balanced with new tpms sensors. Sensors synched right away. Few minor defects on the back of the wheel noted when I unpackaged them. Sent an email to customer service. They were responsive and easy to reach a reasonable solution.

I recommend PMCtire if you want your tires delivered in the convenience of your home (fully assembled and balanced) especially if you DIY tire swaps or a home service auto mechanic. Purchased Michelin X-ice snow 215/50R17 XL95H and Ar One Black 17 x 7.5 (45mm offset) 5x114.3. I had bought the NEW bridgestone WS80 tires and rims they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the offset for my Audi S6 2019 was not the same as the rims so they would not work. When I connected with CSR he was quick to resolve the problem that day and RUSHED new rims to me free of charge. Then PMC reimbursed me the full amount for remount and balanced.
