Purchased Michelin X-ice snow 215/50R17 XL95H and Ar One Black 17 x 7.5 (45mm offset) 5x114.3. Recently bought some steel rims for a 2017 jeep compass, along with tpms sensors for a customer of mine. I was stupid and jumped the gun and installed the sensors and mounted the tires on the rims before test fitting them. Unfortunately, the rims didn't clear the front calipers. I received amazing support trying to rectify the situation. They even sent me a selection of spacers for free to try and make them work. In the end, I was not able to make them fit properly. They took back all items, shipping prepaid, and issued a full refund! This level of service and support is extremely rare these days. I had bought the NEW bridgestone WS80 tires and rims they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the offset for my Audi S6 2019 was not the same as the rims so they would not work. When I connected with CSR he was quick to resolve the problem that day and RUSHED new rims to me free of charge. Then PMC reimbursed me the full amount for remount and balanced. What a great company to deal with and they have my business for many years to come. Thank you, PMC for a great product and experience.
