Best customer service in the game, hands down! After a manufacture would refuse to provide me with warranty support, PMCTire stepped in and gave me a discount on a new set of tires when they were not obligated to in any way. The price was great and my tires arrived by the date promised. The tires were the correct size, model etc., and were in new condition. I was expecting that the tires would be completely wrapped in plastic, but they were not, they arrived with a label only.

There was a delay from the manufacturer for the rims, but I did receive the tires and rims with pressure sensors a few weeks later, PMC had offered me a choice of different rims if I wasn’t willing to wait, but decided to wait and I am very happy I did. There was an issue with the inner wheel balancing weights, they did not clear the front brake callipers, PMC offered and paid the bill to get the wheels balanced at my local garage. Thank you
