Tires arrived packaged well. In good condition. My only negative was they weren't inflated with nitrogen to 42 psi. Otherwise everything was good.

Recently bought some steel rims for a 2017 jeep compass, along with tpms sensors for a customer of mine. I was stupid and jumped the gun and installed the sensors and mounted the tires on the rims before test fitting them. Unfortunately, the rims didn't clear the front calipers. I received amazing support trying to rectify the situation. They even sent me a selection of spacers for free to try and make them work. In the end, I was not able to make them fit properly. They took back all items, shipping prepaid, and issued a full refund! This level of service and support is extremely rare these days. Great experience! Ordered a package mounted and balanced with new tpms sensors. Sensors synched right away. Few minor defects on the back of the wheel noted when I unpackaged them. Sent an email to customer service. They were responsive and easy to reach a reasonable solution.

Love my new tires and rims. Do your own research as website is often way off with recommendations. Reasonably priced and quick delivery. 3rd set I have purchased from them🙂
