The AVID Ascend GT provides excellent traction for sedans, SUVs and light trucks in all weather conditions.
With its numerous 3D grooves and serrated blocks, the tread pattern, combined with the specific "TriBLEND" rubber compound, increases road grip in dry, wet and winter conditions.
A high silica polymer increases and maintains the tire's flexibility even in cold weather. The tread groove pattern and blocks maintain good traction on the road at all times.
The circular tread grooves' optimized design effectively channels water and slush away from the tire's footprint, actively resisting hydroplaning when driving over standing water that sometimes ends up on the roadway. Excellent tire knowledge, made a recommendation to me to go with Michelin PS 4s rather than the older PS 2's that I was replacing. Tires had current date code, so very much appreciated that. Wonderful company....make sure to make a stop here (phone call) for your next tire purchase.

I was able to source the staggered sizes I needed for spring. Falken FK510 275/35R19 and 305/30R19 were a bit difficult to get locally. Fronts came from Delta and rears from Montreal within 5 days. These will wrap my 19in 57DRs nicely!
