The AVID Ascend GT provides excellent traction for sedans, SUVs and light trucks in all weather conditions.
With its numerous 3D grooves and serrated blocks, the tread pattern, combined with the specific "TriBLEND" rubber compound, increases road grip in dry, wet and winter conditions.
A high silica polymer increases and maintains the tire's flexibility even in cold weather. The tread groove pattern and blocks maintain good traction on the road at all times.
The circular tread grooves' optimized design effectively channels water and slush away from the tire's footprint, actively resisting hydroplaning when driving over standing water that sometimes ends up on the roadway. I went with the Moto Metal - MO978 RAZOR's. Was online shopping every tire/rim website imaginable base on PMC's reviews i madfe my pusrchase with them. I had a few more questions before i made my purchase and Valerie responded very quickly so therefore they monitor there incoming emails. These are Summer rims only so i wasnt worried on how fast they got delivered as it was still winter when i ordered them. and they got optional purchase plan on them which was a seller for me. I woulda bought tires but i only used my BFG Trail Terrains for only a year. That being said i will purchase from them again this time coming back for tires.

Excellent customer service. Good prices. Great tires. 40x13.5R20. Great tread, not overly aggressive so should be quiet on the highway. I'll be getting another set of aggressive tread for offroad use. Purchased 5 tires so I have a matching spare.
