I had my reservations and doubts - especially with aftermaket alloy (Replikas) fitment. When the tire and rim arrived. I installed them and tested them on road and highway.ZERO vibration(s)!Fitment is PERFECT!Pirelli Winter Zero FR Tires grip on black ice, ARE so-so.I say that because I had tried Gislaveds and Nokian Hakapellitas from non to studded. Time will tell over time. In regards to customer service, I chatted online, Very helpful and of course showed assurance of their products. Price, better than Kal-tire and dealership(s).I wish though PMC tire have actual locations across Canada so customers such as I don’t have to go to another company for balancing (if and when I need to).I definitely recommend PMC tire. Just an awesome experience overall. Elaine G. from customer service was a huge help and I eventually decided on 19” RWC wheels with Continental VikingContact 7 tires for my RS3. Fits perfectly, looks great and pricing was terrific!

This was my second order from PMC. This time it was a bit bumpy ride due to limited availability of both, tires and rims for my vehicle. Thanks to PMC team, especially Katherine, my order was delivered relatively quickly and in great shape. So far I am very satisfied with my new set of winter wheels.

Bought 4 winter tires and provided all the correct information for the vehicle. The sensors that were installed were pre-programmed to 315 MHz Not 433 as this vehicle is supposed to have. I did sort it out and they are working. Also, one of the sensors has a crack in the valve stem. Otherwise, great tires at a great price. And shipping was reasonable and fairly quick. I do recommend PMC tires.

Great experience! Ordered a package mounted and balanced with new tpms sensors. Sensors synched right away. Few minor defects on the back of the wheel noted when I unpackaged them. Sent an email to customer service. They were responsive and easy to reach a reasonable solution.
