I installed them and tested them on road and highway.ZERO vibration(s)!Fitment is PERFECT!Pirelli Winter Zero FR Tires grip on black ice, ARE so-so.I say that because I had tried Gislaveds and Nokian Hakapellitas from non to studded. Time will tell over time. In regards to customer service, I chatted online, Very helpful and of course showed assurance of their products. Price, better than Kal-tire and dealership(s).I wish though PMC tire have actual locations across Canada so customers such as I don’t have to go to another company for balancing (if and when I need to).I definitely recommend PMC tire. I was stupid and jumped the gun and installed the sensors and mounted the tires on the rims before test fitting them. Unfortunately, the rims didn't clear the front calipers. I received amazing support trying to rectify the situation. They even sent me a selection of spacers for free to try and make them work. In the end, I was not able to make them fit properly. They took back all items, shipping prepaid, and issued a full refund! This level of service and support is extremely rare these days.
