I had my reservations and doubts - especially with aftermaket alloy (Replikas) fitment. When the tire and rim arrived. I installed them and tested them on road and highway.ZERO vibration(s)!Fitment is PERFECT!Pirelli Winter Zero FR Tires grip on black ice, ARE so-so.I say that because I had tried Gislaveds and Nokian Hakapellitas from non to studded. Time will tell over time. In regards to customer service, I chatted online, Very helpful and of course showed assurance of their products. Price, better than Kal-tire and dealership(s).I wish though PMC tire have actual locations across Canada so customers such as I don’t have to go to another company for balancing (if and when I need to).I definitely recommend PMC tire. There was a delay from the manufacturer for the rims, but I did receive the tires and rims with pressure sensors a few weeks later, PMC had offered me a choice of different rims if I wasn’t willing to wait, but decided to wait and I am very happy I did. There was an issue with the inner wheel balancing weights, they did not clear the front brake callipers, PMC offered and paid the bill to get the wheels balanced at my local garage. Thank you

Tires arrived packaged well. In good condition. My only negative was they weren't inflated with nitrogen to 42 psi. Otherwise everything was good.
