I have purchased several sets of tires from PMC, they have a wide array of models from a variety of manufacturers at whatever budget suits you. Delivery is prompt and you can even leave specific instructions for the delivery person within reason of course (see PMC's website). Great prices, great selection and helpful staff. Products purchased Hankook i-Pike Winter tires, Kinergy 4S all-season Winter-approved and Bridgestone Ecopia low-rolling resistance tires. EDIT: I would add, don't forget to click the hazard protection checkbox when you buy your tires, it may save you a whole bunch of headaches.

Ordered RWC wheels and Michelin X Ice Snow winter tires. Best prices I could find. They were shipped almost immediately and I had them the next day all in perfect condition.
