Ordered Two sets of Hercules tires. First set my wife is very happy with and the second set one tire came in the wrong size your organization was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. After a week or so they returned my email and were very accommodating with regards to the return of the wrong tire and replacement.

Great selection, great service, extremely fast shipping. Will do business again for sure next time I need tires! 9 times buyer, more to come! Also, their customer service and support is top notch. Recently bought some steel rims for a 2017 jeep compass, along with tpms sensors for a customer of mine. I was stupid and jumped the gun and installed the sensors and mounted the tires on the rims before test fitting them. Unfortunately, the rims didn't clear the front calipers. I received amazing support trying to rectify the situation. They even sent me a selection of spacers for free to try and make them work. In the end, I was not able to make them fit properly. They took back all items, shipping prepaid, and issued a full refund! This level of service and support is extremely rare these days. I simply can not say how impressed and satisfied I am with pmctire.com! Customer for life!
