Purchased a set of Goodyear duratracks 285/70/17 in the 6ply. I received an email stating they did not actually have these in stock. In the email they gave me 3 options of other tires that they thought were comparable. The one suggestion was the same tire in 8 ply and that’s what I went for. They gave me the price of the 6ply for 8ply. Received my tires sooner than the expected date and the tires were manufactured that same year. This is a big deal for me as I do not drive lots, so my tires end up just getting to old before I wear out the tread. Great customer service and send the best quality product.

fantastic customer service (email) - my item was out of stock and PMC was able to substitute with my approval and was concerned about the delayed shipment - I'm on the other coast and it made it's way to me in a good timing and fast & easy shipping via Fedex. The fellow on the phone when I wanted to confirm the fitment of the wheels and tires was excellent. He said the wheels I was looking at would not fit my Flex 2013 and helped me to find a set that I liked and would fit.
