The fellow on the phone when I wanted to confirm the fitment of the wheels and tires was excellent. He said the wheels I was looking at would not fit my Flex 2013 and helped me to find a set that I liked and would fit. I placed my order over a weekend and they arrived exactly as ordered and promissed on the Thursday following.

Shipped to my installer and run and look great.

Overall good product, service from online purchase, picking, setup, packing, etc was great. The whole reason that got me 2 buy was my brother and not the online advisor. Otherwise I would have not purchased it because the advisors uncertainty made me doubt his expertise.

There was a delay from the manufacturer for the rims, but I did receive the tires and rims with pressure sensors a few weeks later, PMC had offered me a choice of different rims if I wasn’t willing to wait, but decided to wait and I am very happy I did.
There was an issue with the inner wheel balancing weights, they did not clear the front brake callipers, PMC offered and paid the bill to get the wheels balanced at my local garage.

Thank you

OMG for PMC and American Racing! I ordered 5 wheels to be made up with American Racing rims and Falken Wildpeak tires, and they were shipped quickly and fit my Jeep perfectly. Over the next several months, the rims started showing some blemishes and PMC and American Racing went out of their way to fix the problem. Could not be happier! Katherine was very helpful - and so were Daniel and Elaine.

fantastic customer service (email) - my item was out of stock and PMC was able to substitute with my approval and was concerned about the delayed shipment - I'm on the other coast and it made it's way to me in a good timing and fast & easy shipping via Fedex. Easy to deal with, good website and such, would buy again from them in future.

Excellent tire knowledge, made a recommendation to me to go with Michelin PS 4s rather than the older PS 2's that I was replacing. Tires had current date code, so very much appreciated that. Wonderful company....make sure to make a stop here (phone call) for your next tire purchase.

Best customer service in the game, hands down!
After a manufacture would refuse to provide me with warranty support, PMCTire stepped in and gave me a discount on a new set of tires when they were not obligated to in any way. Highly recommend them!
Every single time I need tires moving forward, I will purchase them from PMCTire.

Many forums said the 18” rims would not fit on my Model Y, but PMC said they would fit (on their website).

When I got the wheels, they were well protected, had no scratches, and were easily installed and fit!

Decent price too compared to other online wheel shops, especially with the discount code applied.

This is my second time purchasing from them, and will continue to do so. It’s no nonsense compared to an in person shop.

Chris Palko

Great price, fast professional service. Tires came mounted on alloys, I withheld a star because if they would have taken a few seconds to wipe the mounting soap off the tire I would have been blown away.

Grand prix, service professionnel rapide.

Quick and easy to navigate the website. All items were shipped to my door here within a week of me ordering. Everything came expertly packaged, and ready to go in the car
