Full-depth tread design
The WeatherGrip tread composite is molded in a directional pattern for improved traction. Firestone's Hydro-Grip Technology Package uses a rounded tread pattern that makes it easier to navigate through standing water on the pavement, preventing hydroplaning.
The internal construction of the WeatherGrip consists of a single-layer polyester carcass that supports two steel belts. Nylon reinforcement makes the grip easier to handle and ensures durability even at high speeds.

I recommend PMCtire if you want your tires delivered in the convenience of your home (fully assembled and balanced) especially if you DIY tire swaps or a home service auto mechanic. Purchased Michelin X-ice snow 215/50R17 XL95H and Ar One Black 17 x 7.5 (45mm offset) 5x114.3. I'd like to mention Val for her support and expertise on their product lines and that has helped me a lot in doing business with them!

I ordered rims and they were delivered in really good time. They look even better than the picture. This was the only company that I could find 14" rims for my 2012 Hyundai Accent. I even asked a tire shop to order me some and they could not find any. I gave them the number for PMCTire...lol

I've ordered several sets of tires: passenger car, racing compound, and off-road/all-terrains. PMC had them all at prices that allow me to save 1-200$ per set by taking them to my mechanic for install/balance. Delivered to my door days ahead of advertised and all sets had recent manufacturing dates (last few months), which was welcoming to know I wasn't getting something that had been drying out in a warehouse somewhere.
