Tires arrived packaged well. In good condition. My only negative was they weren't inflated with nitrogen to 42 psi. Otherwise everything was good.

Recently bought some steel rims for a 2017 jeep compass, along with tpms sensors for a customer of mine. I was stupid and jumped the gun and installed the sensors and mounted the tires on the rims before test fitting them. Unfortunately, the rims didn't clear the front calipers. I received amazing support trying to rectify the situation. They even sent me a selection of spacers for free to try and make them work. In the end, I was not able to make them fit properly. They took back all items, shipping prepaid, and issued a full refund! This level of service and support is extremely rare these days. Bought 4 winter tires and provided all the correct information for the vehicle. The sensors that were installed were pre-programmed to 315 MHz Not 433 as this vehicle is supposed to have. I did sort it out and they are working. Also, one of the sensors has a crack in the valve stem. Otherwise, great tires at a great price. And shipping was reasonable and fairly quick. I do recommend PMC tires.
