The Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 was designed to provide the highest traction and cornering performance to compete with the best tires in its class.
Firestone engineers use an advanced silica-reinforced tread compound with plenty of "Long Link" carbon to improve traction and handling.
The Firehawk INDY 500's continuous center rib improves steering response, while Firestone's new Pulse Groove technology contributes to outstanding wet traction and reduces braking distances.
Larger tread blocks on the shoulders and stiffer sidewalls increase grip and stability when cornering.
Inside the Firehawk INDY 500 are two high-strength steel belts with a polyester casing and spiral-wound nylon reinforcement that provide added strength and more extended durability.
Firestone took its time developing the new Firehawk Indy 500, which shows in its performance. It's no wonder this model immediately became one of the best UHP tires in its class.

Just bought my first ever set of tires ONLINE through them and had no issues! I was looking at other companies online but some of them didnt even have english speaking reps (french only before 3pm LOL) however PMC’s customer service rep not only spoke english, but also provided me with alot of good info about the Firehawk Indy 500s that i was looking to buy as well.
