The Proxes R888R features a tread compound designed to reach peak performance temperatures in the blink of an eye and provide exceptional driving control in the corners. The asymmetrical tread pattern features aggressive designs combined with large outer shoulder blocks to give the lateral grip required for track driving.

The Proxes R888R's carcass is reinforced with two wide, pressure-resistant steel belts, while a spiral-wound ply provides additional stability and strength.

Finally, this version's wider outer tread blocks offer better overall dry traction, and specially designed grooves help shed water, providing better traction on slippery or wet trails.

The Toyo R888R comes with a W speed rating, which means up to 270 km/h.
