About Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 ASY

Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 is a non-studdable winter tire for performance cars.

A high-performance tire for sporty driving even in winter

The Pilot Alpin PA-4 is a new performance tire in Michelin's range for sport and luxury sedan cars. This tire is designed to meet the needs of driving enthusiasts who want to keep their high performance in cold and snowy weather.

The Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 tires are covered by a limited 50,000 km warranty against tread wear, in addition to the normal warranty on manufacturing defects and raw materials. Michelin also provides a 3-Year flat tire changing assistance.

Innovative technology for exceptional control in snow and ice

Equipped with a unique tread design and StabiliGrip technology and 3-D sipes, the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 offers accelerations faster by 10% in the snow and an improvement of more than 5% in handling and braking on snowy and icy roads.

Tread compound that reduces the braking distance and improves performance

With its « Hélio » rubber silica and sunflower oil-based compound, the Pilot Alpin PA4 remains flexible at low temperatures for better traction and a significant improvement in braking distance in winter conditions. In addition, this compound is molded into an asymmetric tread which comprises a plurality of grooves and a high sipe concentration, which contributes to stability, handling and riding comfort at high speed.

Fuel economy, durability and the environment

The Pilot Alpin PA4 meets Michelin's Green X standards in terms of energy efficiency thanks to reduced rolling resistance and therefore a longer tire life, better fuel economy and reduced CO2 emissions.
