About Goodyear Assurance MaxLife
MaxLife Insurance is Goodyear's all-season tire, developed for drivers of sedans, vans, crossovers and sports cars.
- Everyday driving quality and handling
- Fuel economy
- A long-lasting sports tire
- MaxLife Insurance is designed for drivers looking for a tire that saves fuel, extends tread life and provides traction in dry, wet and even light snow.
Minimal rolling noise can be heard in the passenger compartment when driving on smooth surfaces, with a few small audible tones on concrete.
Assurance MaxLife tire's symmetrical pattern features a continuous center rib for constant contact between the rubber and the road, providing excellent grip in the center of the tire.
MaxLife Insurance's intermediate ribs incorporate the Goodyear Wear Gauge, providing a visual indication of the tire's remaining tread depth, helping drivers continuously monitor their tire's condition instead of merely giving an end-of-life warning.
The all-season rubber compound and numerous grooves help provide safe and reliable traction in all seasons and adverse weather conditions.
The internal construction of MaxLife Insurance consists of two steel belts supported by a single-layer polyamide casing. The single-layer polyamide reinforcement facilitates responsiveness while driving and provides high transmission capacity at high speeds.
Goodyear managed to balance developing the MaxLife Assurance, which requires engineering experience, manufacturing know-how, and perhaps a little magic to master.
