The G-MAX AS-05 is General Tire's Ultra High-Performance All-Season tire designed for drivers of performance sedans, sports cars and coupes looking for a tire that successfully combines dry and wet handling performance with reliable traction all seasons, including light snow.

Using an all-season compound in an aggressive, asymmetric tread pattern, the G-MAX AS-05 features "SmartGrip" technology that combines sporty handling with all-season traction.

The wide tread blocks on the outer and inner shoulders provide high levels of grip for confident high-speed driving, and the solid center rib provides a stable center feel and responsive steering.

One of the great qualities of the G-MAX AS-05 is its wet grip, which is provided by the high silica content in the tread and the four wide circular grooves that offer increased resistance to hydroplaning.
