About Continental PureContact LS

The PureContact LS is Continental's all-season performance sport tire, developed for sedans, coupes, minivans and family crossovers looking for responsive handling and a sporty driving feel.

PureContact LS tires are designed to combine a premium touring tire's refined ride with an engaging driving experience and safe grip in dry, wet and winter conditions, including light snow.

The polymers used in the PureContact LS all-season tread compound enhance the tire's grip and improve wear and fuel efficiency. As with all Continental brand products, fuel economy is optimized through reduced rolling friction.

The asymmetrical pattern features stable tread blocks in the shoulders for better lateral grip and handling at high speeds, and the wide center groove provides a sturdy centerline feel.

"Comfort Ride technology" incorporates an underlay under the tread that is designed to isolate the footprint from the casing and reduce the amount of vibration felt in the passenger compartment.

Continental's Silane additives improve traction in slippery conditions and the tread grooves combine with deep circular channels to help resist hydroplaning.

The PureContact LS features a single-layer polyester carcass construction on the inside. The mid-height tread design balances handling and performance with driving pleasure. Simultaneously, the two steel belts are reinforced with two layers of polyamide for increased durability and consistency at high speeds.
