Communication from PMC Tire was excellent, pricing for my wheel/tire combo was also excellent. I ordered 37" Nitto ridge Grapplers and had them mounted to new KMC wheels. Price was supposed to include 'mount and balance' but when tires were arrived they were mounted and I did not see any weights on the wheels. It turns out that PMC used Eco Balance balancing beads in my tires rather than traditional weights on the rims. I'm not sure how I feel about this, I had not even heard of balance beads till now. I guess the proof is in how they work...but my Jeep Gladiator that I ordered has not arrived yet so I do not know whether these balance beads will work well or not.

The fellow on the phone when I wanted to confirm the fitment of the wheels and tires was excellent. He said the wheels I was looking at would not fit my Flex 2013 and helped me to find a set that I liked and would fit.
