PMCtire is looking for a customer service expert to ensure our clientele’s satisfaction and to continue improving loyalty of our thousands of customers across Canada
As a Customer Care Specialist
You will contribute to the achievement of ambitious goals such as
- helping PMCtire offer the best service and advice to its customers
- continuing on our path towards even better customer loyalty
- participating in the continuous improvement of our customer care department

Your day will look like this
- advise PMCtire’s web visitors on automotive products by email, chat or phone;
- help customers to choose the right product and understand their needs
- exchange information with our various product suppliers
- follow up on orders and product returns
- complete product purchases with our suppliers
- help our company satisfy customers and find equitable solutions when problems arise.
- analyze situations to help improving our customer service
We would like to have a chat with you if you
- have 2 to 3 years of work experience in a customer service or call center role
- are fluent in written and oral English and French
- are able to manage stress during busy periods
- have a post secondary degree in sales or administration (DEP or DEC)
We would love to meet you and make you part of our team if you
- are a person that is naturally curious and adapts easily to technologies
- work well with emails and Google Suite tools
- are very dynamic in your daily work;
- have good knowledge of or interest in tires, rims and the automotive business (if not, don’t worry. You will be trained by the best)
